How to Apply

Applications for attending the course must be via the registration form.

The course fee includes registration, accommodation and meals and can be confirmed upon enquiries.

Abstract submission (for poster presentation + lightening talk) is also possible.

When you register, please state your intention to submit an abstract that you must send by the 15th November 2025. Please submit your abstracts, following the abstracts guidelines.
